E-watch maintains a database of its members in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998. This information is kept strictly confidential and only accessible by officers of the Woolavington Neighbourhood Watch (WNW). All personal information you give will not be stored or used for any other reason than in connection with the operation of WNW and the associated e-watch service and web site. It will not be passed to any person or third party without your permission. As a non profit making organisation WNW is not required to register under the Data Protection Act but nevertheless is required to abide by its requirements. Any one registered has the right to know what information is being held by WNW about them. Any such request should be in writing to the Secretary.
